Spine Arts Center believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family.
We are not in network with private insurance companies, so payment in full is due at the time of service, However, our office can submit an electronic claim to your insurance company on your behalf, or assist you in submitting a claim yourself.
Reimbursement will be paid directly to you from your insurance company based upon your individual policy.
Medicare
We are happy to accept Medicare patients and will file your claim to Medicare on your behalf. Your charges will be based on the federally mandated Medicare fee schedule.
Because are not a Medicare Participating Provider, you will receive reimbursement directly from Medicare and they will automatically file your claim with your secondary insurance carrier.
Please note that Medicare pays for approved adjustments only. They do not cover x-rays, exams or other therapies. Any charges not covered under Medicare will be your financial responsibility.
Care Packages
To help you budget for your visits with us we are pleased to offer a saving of 10% when a package of ten adjustments are purchased in advance. To increase the saving, when this package is purchased for a second and third family member the savings increase to 15% and 20% respectively.
